1. Who we are
Shuttlewright ("Shuttlewright", "we", "us") is an RFP and security questionnaire drafting service operated by Fuseini Mohammed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Shuttlewright website, the Shuttlewright software, and the pilot and related services we provide (together, the "Service").
By buying a pilot, signing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Shuttlewright reads the source documents you approve, drafts answers to RFPs and security questionnaires, attaches citations to those sources, flags gaps, and prepares a reviewer packet. External actions pause at a human approval gate. The design-partner pilot is described on our website and in any order or written scope we agree with you. If an order or written scope conflicts with these Terms, the order or scope wins for that engagement.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the source documents you provide and for having the right to share them with us.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving every answer before it is used or sent. Shuttlewright produces drafts; your team decides what is final.
- You will keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- You will not use the Service for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to try to break or get around its security controls.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are shown on our website or in your order. The entry pilot is USD 850 for one questionnaire family, paid in full at checkout. The design-partner pilot is USD 7,000, paid as a USD 3,500 Kickoff payment at kickoff and a USD 3,500 Completion payment after you accept the reviewer packet. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and may add applicable taxes. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Your content and ownership
You keep all rights to the source documents and data you provide ("Customer Content") and to the answers and packets delivered to you. You give us permission to use Customer Content only to provide and support the Service for you. We keep all rights to the Shuttlewright software, templates and know-how, including improvements we make to them.
6. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law. This does not cover information that is already public or that the receiving party already had or developed on its own.
7. Drafts, not advice
Shuttlewright drafts answers from your own sources. It does not give legal, compliance or audit advice, and it does not certify that your organization meets any standard. Drafts can contain errors, which is why every answer passes through your review and approval.
8. Warranties and liability
We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Term and ending the Service
An engagement runs for the period in your order or scope. Either of us may end it if the other seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of written notice. When an engagement ends, we will return or delete your Customer Content on request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not affect an engagement already agreed unless you agree to them.
